The First Factual Films Festival (F4) is a screening program held during the Australian International Documentary Conference (AIDC). F4 2011 is presented by AIDC and the 2011 BigPond Adelaide Film Festival.

F4 showcases first films from Australian documentary filmmakers at the start of their careers alongside the first films of documentary masters attending AIDC 2011.

The F4 Award for Outstanding New Documentary Talent is presented to one exceptional filmmaker judged by a panel of high profile international documentary professionals.

Welcoming general public audiences as well as AIDC delegates, this unique screening program brings together the people of Adelaide and the documentary professionals of the world - for the love of Docs.
